CRAZY CONSUELA IS CRAZY BUSY.....

Is everyone crazy busy right now? Its that time of year I think.....I remember feeling this way last year and thinking it couldnt be busier....But I was wrong it can....

Its been fun however, I am ready for things to slow down a bit and have a nice quiet weekend.

In the last few weekends we have celebrated a new marriage, celebrated a friend getting her masters, two baby showers, a wedding shower, and a son graduating preschool. In between all of those we have had baseball games, baseball practice, end of school parties, building a tree house, ( I really can't take credit for that one) it was all daddy but I did have 7 boys at my house...that should count for something right? Needless to say we have had tons of fun and its only going to get funner with end of school this week and a wedding out of town this weekend...

Enjoy the pictures below of Cash graduating and some creative projects I have been busy on...Some of them I have given as gifts at the above mentioned which is fun!

WARNING HUSBAND BLOGGERS PLEASE READ BELOW BECAUSE IT COULD HAPPEN TO "YOU"!

So I have been "sweet" all I can. After reading this post you may find that Crazy Consuela truly does fit me!

Husband bloggers you may want to pay attention to what I am about to say and you wives out there I give you full permission to use as seen fit!

Never ever tell your wife for two years you are going to redo her porch and sidewalk. THEN NOT DO IT....

Because without warning she will begin to "MAKE" her sidewalk and porch beautiful with whatever tools she can find and use. There is no talking her out of it or telling her "sweetie I will start on your porch this weekend"....at this point you sound like Charlie Brown's teacher to her and all she hears is "WA, WA, WA, WA"

You will one day drive up or walk out of the house and find her doing this:

My husband was a little shocked that I chose to "tag" our sidewalk. My oldest son exclaimed "Mom I dont think you made a very good decision" theres a chance he has might of heard that a time or two......But my youngest-he understood the hill I was dying on and exclaimed"Mom I want to help you!"

Fellow girls sometimes it takes drastic measures for our husbands to get motivated! Funny, that now porch plans our at the top of his list(:

But more pictures to come when I finish my masterpiece "because I am sure I will have plenty of time" before he gets started on his.

Hope you all are having a fantabulous week.

Go ahead go graffitti or put your "tag" on something I must say I had a grin on my face the WHOLE time!

The kind of Saturdays i like!

Today is the kind of day I love!!!! It is not to often we do not have "ANYTHING" to do during the day on a Saturday. It has been a rough couple of weeks at work and I am so grateful for the down time and being able to rejuvenate myself thru creating art. Thank goodness I did'nt have anything to do so I could make a gift for party we are going to tonight!

It will be fun to hang out with all of our dear friends and celebrate a very special marriage!

Cash and I have had some fun creating to! He cracks me up singing singing the whole time while randomly gluing and putting some paper down and drawing. He definitely has his own style and knows what is in his head and what he HAS to put on paper. See below the gun he cut out! He also insists he has to wear safety glasses while doing art! Oh the things he comes up with..... I love watching him!

As for me I have been working on some backgrounds for future art. I also have been playing around painting on Muslin and leather.

Gus and Doug have been working on the horse pens aka WHAT I CALL "THE BELOVED" That is Doug's refuge and I am so thankful he has it....I like to give him a hard time about it none the less(:

Thanks to all for all the encouraging words on starting my blog!

Have you seen my new layout? Mrs. Shelley Hale created it!!!! Isnt she awesome!!! Thanks again Shelley for gussying me up!

Hope you all have a terrific weekend!
